Returns and Refunds Policy for Marbell TCG
At Marbell TCG, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may return items under the following conditions:
- Sealed Products: Any packs, boxes, or sealed products must remain sealed and unopened to be eligible for a return. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Single Cards: Any single cards purchased will be subject to an inspection upon return. To qualify for a refund, the cards must be in the exact same condition as when purchased. Cards returned in a different condition will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@marbelltcg.com with your order details. Once your return is approved, please send your item(s) to the following address:

Shipping Costs
- You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If your return is approved, the cost of the item(s) will be refunded, excluding any original shipping charges.
Non-Returnable Items
- Any item that has been opened or used.
- Single cards that do not pass inspection.
