Shipping Policy
Mainland UK
All delivery estimates are based on information provided by the shipping provider and are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase. All products from Marbell TCG are packaged and posted from the UK.
Our preferred shipping providers include Royal Mail and DPD. Other shipping providers are used where necessary.
1. Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of purchase, excluding pre-order items, items can take longer than 24 hours to dispatch dependent on order volumes. We strive to ensure order are dispatched no later than 48 hours from the order being placed. Our working hours are 09:00-17:00, Monday to Friday, however, we do still ship items on Saturday's if the order is placed before 10am on the Saturday. Orders are dispatched based on the order of purchase
All items are shipped from the UK. Customers outside the UK are responsible for any applicable local fees or duties incurred.
2. Pre-Orders
For pre-order dispatch times, please refer to the item description on the product listing.
If you purchase in-stock items along with pre-order items, the entire order will be dispatched once the pre-order items arrive in stock. To receive in-stock items sooner, please purchase them separately.
If you wish to split your order after purchase, contact us to arrange this.
3. International Orders
We do not currently offer international orders.
Customers are responsible for any customs charges or import duties. If a delivery is refused or returned due to non-payment of charges, incorrect address information, or similar issues, any incurred costs may, at our discretion, be deducted from any refund.
International postage costs (excluding import charges) will be displayed at checkout after entering the delivery address.
4. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Contact us immediately if you believe you have entered an incorrect address.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a restocking or return postage fee may apply. The cost of re-delivery will need to be paid before the order is dispatched again.
We cannot compensate for errors caused by incorrect customer information.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Marbell TCG is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your parcel is lost due to an error by the postage company:
Complete the “Declaration of Non-Receipt” form provided by Royal Mail.
Contact us with the completed form to initiate a claim process.
Royal Mail is our preferred method of shipping. We do also offer other shipping alternatives based on customers needs.
Packages sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Tracked 24 are insured up to £250 Customers requiring higher insurance coverage should select Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Claims for missing, stolen, or damaged parcels are handled at our discretion and may take up to 45 working days to process.
